16 climbers or less................................$12
17-25 climbers......................................$11
26-35 climbers......................................$10
36-45 climbers......................................$9

+$50per instructor fee
($50 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation/cover instructor fee)
THINGS TO KNOW:
-We provide a solid colored plastic table cloth, tables, chairs, and a refrigerator.
-You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (please no glass containers or alcohol). Most of the parties bring a cake and drinks, and then order pizzas to the gym. You can call from the gym for your pizza on the day of your party.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
-Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, however they are transferable.
-100% transferable if the date or time is changed or the group cancelled 21 days before the date of the originally scheduled group.
-50% transferable if the date or time is changed or the group is cancelled 10-20 days before the date of the originally scheduled group
-Deposit is not transferable if the date or time is changed or the group cancelled less than 10 days before the date of the originally scheduled group
-We ask AT LEAST A WEEK’S NOTICE to ensure your chosen time and date, however, we will do our best to accommodate any “late bookings” (those under a week’s notice). Please keep in mind that our weekends book-up especially fast so plan early.
